“Hooked On Llamas” Wednesday, May 22nd
“Hooked on Llamas” a children’s enrichment presentation by Debbie Labbe from the Country Quilt Llama Farm will be presented at the library on Wednesday, May 22nd from 4 – 5 pm. Come and meet a live llama as Debbie teaches us all about these beautiful, gentle animals. For more information email or call the library. Gilbert.Library@snet.net, 860-283-8176.

Northfield Memorial/Decoration Day Ceremony and Parade
The Northfield Decoration Day Ceremony and parade will be held on the Northfield Green, Sunday, June 2nd at 11 am. The parade will wind down Main Street and end at the Northfield Cemetery. The Northfield Firehouse will have refreshments afterwards for everyone. Children are invited to march along with the library. Wear red, white and blue and meet us at the Northfield Green at 11 am!

Tea at Three
Come and join your neighbors for a cup of tea at the library on the first Wednesday of each month at 3 pm. We’ll have tea, cookies and conversation. Come alone or bring a friend! The next dates are Wednesday, May 1st, June 5th and July 3rd.

Holiday Hours
The library will be closed Monday, May 27th, Memorial Day.
